How it works

✅ Step 1: Your deep dive intake (before the call)

Right after you join, you'll get a deep dive intake. It covers your offer, your clients so far, your content, your messaging, your DMs and where things are breaking. It takes about 30 to 60 minutes. I go through it and your Instagram before we meet, so I walk in already knowing where things are breaking.

✅ Step 2: Your 90-minute intensive (live with me)

This is where we do the work. We fix your messaging at the root, make sure your offer actually matches the problem people are paying to fix, figure out what's happening in your DMs, and decide on the one client-getting move you run first in January.

✅ Step 3: Your written strategy plan (after the call)

I turn everything we decided into your written plan, including your 90-day content plan and your January promo, step by step. Everything we built, in one place.

✅ Step 4: Your January follow-up (30 minutes)

Once you're in it, we get back on a call to go over your action items, look at what's working and what's not, and make adjustments in real time.
